Continuous Stationery

PRODUCTION METHOD:

Stage 1 of our production is to convert the paper from a reel to a pack of continuous forms. Should a coloured paper be required then the tinting process takes place at this point.

Stage 2 is to print on one of our Ukita Offcons single colour machines onto the converted pack.

Multi colour work would be reinserted by the number of colours required. Our machines can produce variable depth forms such as 7 1/3", 8 1/2", 11", 14 2/3" and A4 (11 2/3") as well as, of course, multiples of those depths.

We also have a Kluge Platen which is a continuous-fed letterpress machine ideal for die cutting, file hole punching, cross or down perforating, numbering, cheque encoding and crash overprinting. The Kluge Platen has a "dial-in" size enabling it to cater for any depth requirement up to 17". An extremely versatile machine, ideal for all those non-standard jobs that come up from time to time and considerably extending the range of printing services we can provide.

Quality, reliable service and a quick turnaround are our primary aims with products such as letterheads, invoices, statements and cheques being our most cost-efficient products. We welcome all opportunities to quote on your requirements.
