The Advanced Solution to Increasing Your Tyre's Life Span
and Performance Unnecessary stress on tyres arising from neglect can be avoided. By providing that extra bit of attention, we can realise the full potential of a vehicle's overall performance. Statistics prove that half of all tyres on our roads are under inflated. Visually it is impossible to detect tyres operating 20% or even 30% under the recommended pressure unless perhaps when heavily laded or overloaded. Running tyres 20% under pressure for the expected tyre life can result in 35% premature rubber wear and if 30% under pressure then an extravagent 50% premature wear occurs. |
| A motor vehicle operating with 20% under inflated tyres will increase fuel consumption by 5% with an increase in CO2 emissions. Whereas 30% under inflation will increase fuel consumption by 10% with a corresponding increase in emissions. These figures graphically illustrate the importance of implementing tyre preventative maintenance programs. This will help alleviate some of the unnecessary stress on the environment through extra emissions and waste caused through poorly inflated tyres. | ![]() |

| Nine years of research and development has resulted in an advanced level or product performance that will help to drive your tyres further. This has been confirmed through relentless and rigorous testing with purpose built test equipment ensuring that the product reaches the highest possible standard. Simulators have been used in conjunction with extensive road testing to demonstrate that the optimum level of performance has been reached. Confirmation of this successful developmental work has been attained through field trials carried out at the Australian Army Testing ground at Monageeta, Victoria, Australia. These tests conducted in September 1994 demonstrated Tyre Seal's performance in sealing and its effect on wheel balance. Ongoing research and extensive testing since has brought the product to its ultimate level of technological advancement. | |
