Standard slide rails are manufactured with a hole each end, so as to fit over the spike of a tent pole, slide rails can also be made with a plain or threaded spike one end. They may also have a plate fitted on to one end. The standard maximum lengths are: -

ADJUSTABLE ROOF RAILS
Standard roof rails are produced with a hook one end to fit into a roof rail bracket attached to the caravan.
The other end has a hole so as to fit over the spike of an upright pole, roof rails can also be produced with a hook both ends, or a hook one end and a spike the other end. The spike can be plain or threaded, straight or bent over. Roof rails can be produced with slight bow in them, or a bow of 132' for pop-top caravans this bow can be in the center or towards one end.

Adjustable Slide & Ridge Rails

Slide rails and ridge rails are manufactured using a combination of tube diameter i.e.
16mm - 19mm
19mm - 22.2mm
22.2mm - 25.4mm,

The square tube size used is - 22.2mm - 25.4mm.
Other sizes and combinations can be manufactured upon request.

Roof rails are manufactured using a combination of four diameters of tube: i.e.
19mm - 16mm
22.2mm - 19mm
25.4mm - 22.2mm.
