RUBBER MOULDED PRODUCTS - To Customer Specifications:
Ceelx Seals are one of the few companies that have the skill to design and manufacture the tooling to produce rubber moulded products. We supply a wide range of products for use in the engineering, manufacturing, mining, food and textile industries. Ceelx Seals have the ability to bond rubber to metal giving the product improved strength and durability.
There is a huge range of rubber grades and compounds to choose from. Some examples are, NBR (resistant to oil and many chemicals), Silicone (excellent high temperature performance), Fluorocarbon (Viton - best high temperature performance), Polyacrylic (good resistance to oil and heat), Food Grade Nitriles and Silicone (suitable for food applications) and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubbers - good resistance to weather and steam).
OIL AND GREASE SEALS:
Seals have been our specialty for the past twenty years. You can choose from a wide range of sealing lip materials such as leather, rubber, felt or teflon. Seals can be manufactured using various casing materials such as steel, stainless steel or brass.
METAL PRESSINGS:
Type of materials being pressed Mildsteel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass. Maximum thickness 1.6mm and the maximum pressing size is 150mm in diameter (6").
