CAPABILITIES :
CASTINGS PRODUCTION Up to 5.5 tonnes of Grey, Ductile and White Irons Up to 2.5 tonnes of Low & Medium Alloy Steels At quantities from individual jobs to thousands on repetition lines.

MOULDING Our moulding medium is Sodium Silicate bonded sand, processed in state-of-the-art mixing equipment. Box capacity ranges up to 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft). This sand is reclaimed and reused. Cores are made using any of several methods including the shell process. Special sands or binders are used for particular applications.
