Individual jobs up to thousands on repetition lines are able to be produced. New Pattern-making is contracted out to reputable Pattern-makers. Assistance with design prior to manufacture is also available using our Solidification Simulation Program. Heat Treatment is done on site in program-controlled electric or gas ovens. Machining is either conducted on site or contracted out to reputable Machine shops. In-house testing includes Spectrographic Analysis, Hardness Testing, Metallographic Examination and Dye Penetrant Crack Detection. Other testing, including mechanical testing, radiographic examination or any other NATA accredited testing is contracted out to reputable Accredited Testing Authorities.
