MASTER Induction Steam Generator Manufacturers
The "MASTER" steam generator is a mobile and stationary equipment and for its operation it is only necessary to supply electrical energy and water. The equipment is a compact completely automatic unit for dry saturated steam production. The instantaneous evaporation process is possible by strong induced current, because the steam of high thermal efficiency flows to the vessel and then to the place of usage - electrical energy utilization is 99%.
Application areas: heavy -, metalprocessing -, process -, and food industry motor car industry and motor car services textile -, leather - and fur industry, dry cleaning plants, laundries hotel, restaurants and canteens hospitals, Turkish baths, saunas houses agriculture and cattle - breeding Industry and production of concrete chemical and rubber manufacturers and bakeries Induction Steam Generators from 10 KW to 240 KW producing dry saturated steam of 170 degrees C on 700 kpa at 10-12 minutes from cold start.
Manufacturing Trolley and Cubicle for Sterilisation of soil, compost, etc. by steam and forced air.

Unique Technology
This technology is unique throughout the world and has been developed to be simple, reliable as well as one person portable system. It is fully automatic and simple to operate by just connecting to tap water and plug into a power point and you will experience the constant flow of dry saturated steam of 6?7bar at 170°C.
Convenient Operation
Simply take the generator from the vehicle to the job, connect a single extension lead to the power point mounted on the generator. A double GPO is also available for your other equipment ie: vacuum's etc. The generator is supplied with: 5m Electric cord, 5m Water Hose and a Steam Gun with customised steam nozzle, all mounted on a manoeuvrable chassis, on castors.
Safe Operation
The advanced technology, use of clients electrical and water supply, no flame, no gas cylinder means no worries, no hazards. No loss of heat from lengthy hoses, wont run out of steam as it is connected to the mains, the generator has been in operation for over 4 years proving to be extremely efficient and reliable.
Compact, specially designed unit suited for the tradesman and/or domestic applications.
Handles small to medium type work.
Powerful 2.4KW, 10Amp, 240V, 100Psi, also comes with variable temperature control to 130°C.
Includes Gun-Kit, 5m high-pressure hose, and gun with safety lock and shroud.
15° nozzle.
Plant Tissue Media Preparator
A specially designed unit for sterilizing up to 70 litres of tissue culture media
A self contained, fully automatic unit for sterilizing media containing agar jelly.
A steam jacketed vessel rapidly heats up to 70 litres of media to a maximum of 150C.
The steam generator supplies steam for heating and in-line sterilizing of dispensing lines.
The process of heating, maintaining at sterilizing temperature and cooling is fully controlled.
After sterilizing media can be maintained at a pre-set temperature via a valve and pipe system for fast heating and cooling.
Steam Generator
"MASTER" Induction Steam Generators have been supplying steam to a wide range of industrial and commercial applications since 1948, viz: Clothing, Drycleaning, Food Processing, Baking, Dairying, Catering and Fur Industries and in Research Centres and Hospitals. Also for Industrial Process Heating, Steam Baths, Humidification, Heat Treatment Processes, Steam Cleaning, Soil Treatment, Rubber Industries, Chemical, Timber Treatment, and wherever Steam is required.
Steam Demand Growth can be met by adding additional generators to operate either in parallel or adjacent to individual process operations. This is a great energy saver and also reduces cost of your production.
Multiple Generator Systems are more economical in instances of fluctuating steam demand: each generator is brought in production according to the steam demand pattern.
"MASTER" Induction Steam Generators are approved unattended boilers, which means a saving to your company by reducing the cost of production of your products.
"MASTER" Induction Generator does not require a boiler room or special foundations or local authorities' approvals, it can be installed anywhere adjacent to users of steam, so it produces a saving on pipe installation work, materials, maintenance.
In Operation this unique generator heats water simply by passing it through tubular secondary windings of a transformer. It is not an immersion element type boiler. A very heavy electrical current is induced to flow in the winding converting the water therein into steam. The steam is discharged into the upper space of a steam chest. This flow draws hot water from the lower part of the steam chest, on the dynamic pump principle, into the winding. The process cycle repeats at an extremely rapid rate during steam raising. The efficiency of this principle of conversion of electrical energy to steam is 99%. This specifically designed and engineered equipment matched with this energy conversion system provides extremely fast steam generation at high thermal efficiency.

GENERAL
All Generators are designed to Australian Standard and all amendments thereto. Generators are inspected during all stages of manufacture by the Department of Labour and Industry, and on completion are tested and certified by the Department of Labour and Industry for an operating pressure of 700, 1050 and 1500 kpa respectively.
Operation The steam-air mixture fills the plenum area below the soil support mesh and then passes through the soil transferring its heat as it goes. A thermometer inserted in the plenum indicates the temperature of the mixture and this will be the final soil temperature. When the desired temperature has been reached the steam-air mixture may be reduced to a gentle flow to maintain the temperature for 30 minutes. The soil may be rapidly cooled after treatment by leaving the air blower running for a short period.
Soil Treatment to Control Plant Diseases
Soil treatment is an essential part of the process of producing healthy plants. The aim is to control soil-borne fungal diseases and in addition nematodes and weeds. Heating soil with a steam-air mixture is the most effective method of treatment. It is also fast and safe. By mixing varying amounts of steam and air, a range of temperatures may be obtained. If the soil is treated at temperatures between 140-160 degrees F (60-70 degrees C) and maintained for 30 minutes, pathogens will be controlled but beneficial organisms, some of which may be antagonistic to pathogenic fungi, will not be killed. The soil may be planted immediately it is cooled.
Penetration and effectiveness are easily measured by taking thermometer readings during the process. Toxic effects are minimal. Steam-air mixtures can be used safely near humans and plants. Plastic containers are not damaged when treated at temperatures of 110-120 degrees F (40-50 degrees C). The soil must be in good tilth, moist but not wet, to ensure even and rapid penetration of the steam-air mixture. Careful control of the fertilizer content of the soil mix is necessary. Steaming without the addition of air may result in the development of toxic quantities of ammonium or water soluble manganese. Toxicity may also be reduced by using a soil mix of low organic content and by adding only inorganic fertilizers to the soil mix. Soil once treated should not be allowed to come into contact with untreated benches, soil or equipment.
